Returns/Cancellations

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund, less 25% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% open box fee in addition to the 25% restocking fee (totaling 40%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging.

Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:
   1. Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.
   2. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
   3. Firearms, once transferred to buyer.
   4. Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics and night vision equipment.

NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you chose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.

Used Firearms

The seller provides all descriptions for used items. All descriptions for used items are honest and based on actual items being offered for sale. Items being sold in this manner will be marked as such. All sales on used items are final. Photos will be provided when available. All machine guns are considered used unless otherwise noted.

General Firearm Sales

All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering. You must be 18 or older to purchase a long gun and 21 or older to purchase a handgun per ATF rules, but state and local laws may differ and you will need to check your local laws before purchasing a firearm.

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

Consumer Data Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.

The Credit Card Billing Information, Shipping Information, and Contact Information in our checkout process are required in order to process your order and deliver the product to you. We store some information for accounting reasons. Your information will not be shown to third parties not involved in the transaction, nor used to send you any unrequested information. The entire Checkout process is handled through a secure SSL-encrypted connection.

The Credit Card Billing Information is sent directly to our payment provider who processes your credit card transaction. The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by us, and it can only be accessed by our payment provider. Each transaction has a very high level of security. Your credit card details are sent directly to the payment provider over a secure SSL-encrypted connection. They are not processed on our servers at any stage of the transaction, nor are they stored on our server.

Order Fulfillment

All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.

Online Price & Description Errors

Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.

If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect photo, price, accessory or description and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that $dealerName will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.

Ammunition Purchases

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. *All ammunition sales will comply with local and state laws and will not be shipped to any restricted areas.*

PURCHASING A FIREARM ONLINE

Buying firearms online is safe, easy and saves you money. There are Federal and Local laws that must be adhered too.
Under the Federal Firearm Laws, we cannot ship a firearm directly to you. We must ship any and all firearms purchased on our site to a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) Dealer in the customer’s area.
Here Are The Steps:
1. Prior to purchasing a firearm, make certain the firearm is legal within your State / Locality and you are following all State & Local current laws.
2. Find an FFL dealer in your area that will accept the transfer of your firearm.
The majority of firearm dealers, sporting good stores, gunsmiths and pawn shops will facilitate a firearm transfer for a nominal fee. Note: WE DO NOT SHIP TO ACADEMY SPORTS.
3. Advise your FFL dealer who will be receiving the firearm on your behalf to contact Blue Line Armory, LLC and email us a valid, signed copy of their FFL.
4. Contact Blue Line Armory, LLC and provide us with the name, telephone number, and address of the FFL holder you wish utilize for the firearm transfer. California orders also must also include a CFD number.
5. If you need help, Blue Line Armory, LLC will be happy to assist you in finding a dealer in your area that will facilitate the transfer.
6. Once Blue Line Armory, LLC receives the FFL, we will ship your order to your dealer and you will receive a confirmation of shipment with the tracking number.
7. Once the FFL dealer receives your firearm, he will contact you and facilitate the transfer of the firearm to you.


Note For Firearms Shipped to Blue Line Armory, LLC:
A. For Incoming Firearms, have the FFL dealer you choose contact Blue Line Armory, LLC, PRIOR to shipping the firearm.
B. Have the dealer provide a copy of his valid, signed FFL license and your Order ID#.
C. California orders also must include a CFD number.

FIREARM LIFETIME WARRANTY

At Blue Line Armory, LLC your satisfaction is our commitment. Many of our firearms are covered by a “Lifetime Replacement Warranty”, call or email Blue Line Armory, LLC with the model / UPC code to determine if the firearm is covered and for warranty details

CANCELLATION FEE

In addition, all canceled orders, that have not shipped, will be subject to a service fee of 6%, deducted from the refund (to cover credit card fees we incur). If your order has shipped out and you cancel, you will be responsible for shipping both ways and a 20 % restocking fee. There are NO EXCEPTIONS, unless it is an error on our end. No credit card fees are charged to customers for fully completed orders. Please make sure you actually want the item before you order

FAILED BACKGROUND CHECK

There is a 20% restocking fee for anyone who fails their background check when a firearm is ordered through this website to our store for instore pick up

AUTOMATIC KNIVES

Automatic knives cannot be sold to minors (less than 18 years of age).

STORE PICKUP

Items can be ordered on the website and picked up in person at Blue Line Armory, LLC. There are no FFL transfer fee charges when this is done

LAYAWAY PLAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Layaway Policy
At Blue Line Armory, LLC we know that firearms are not only a hobby but an investment and we want to help every individual possible in achieving firearm ownership. To help with this objective, Blue Line Armory, LLC offers a simple no interest 60, 90 or 120 day layaway program.

• We reserve the right to refuse a layaway order.
• There are no interest fees or administrative fees for layaway orders.
• Layaway can be initiated for firearms, accessories or a combination of both.
• No Layaway orders are accepted for less than $200.00 value of the order.
• You can combine items to meet the $200.00 threshold. The $200.00 threshold includes sales tax (if required). However, shipping charges are excluded from the $200.00 threshold.
• We do not offer changes or additions to layaway orders once the order is placed.
• The layaway will lock in the current deal offered for the item at the time of the initial payment. In the event of an item going on sale after purchase, no price adjustments will be made.
• The down payment of 20% for 60 day, 30% for 90 day or 50% for 120 day layaway must be put down at time of purchase and the balance is due within 60,90, or 120 days, determined by the plan chosen.
• All layaway orders must be paid in cash (only if local), certified bank check, personal check, postal money order, Visa, Mastercard or a Debit Card
• If your circumstances require you to terminate / cancel the layaway agreement and withdraw from the plan you will be charged 20% for a 60 day, 30% for a 90 day or 50% for a 120 day layaway restocking fee (your down payment).
• If a layaway plan is terminated any funds received in excess of any restocking fee’s will be returned to the customer.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to make the payments to their account. Blue Line Armory, LLC WILL NOT contact you for payments.
• If you fail to remit the final payment on or before the 60th, 90th or 120th day, On the 61st, 91st, or 120th day, all payments will be lost, the layaway will expire, and all ordered items will be returned to stock.
• At NO time will allowance be granted for payoff past the original 60, 90t, or 120 days.
• All payments are non-refundable if unable to make full payment within 60, 90t, or 120 days. No refund will be given for original deposit or subsequent payments.
• Layaway orders are not released or do not ship until the order is paid in full.
• Layaways may take 2-3 business days to process and released or shipped once paid in full.
• If the Layaway Item is a Firearm, the Buyer must ultimately pass the National Instant Criminal Background Check (NICS) before the firearm is released to the Buyer, subsequently in the event that the Buyer is Denied at the time of this NICS check, the Buyer will forfeit the Buyers Down Payment and any other payments the Buyer made, will be reimbursed as “Store Credit”.
